Rufus B. von KleinSmid

Worshipful Brother Rufus B. von KleinSmid, Grand Orator, then delivered his annual oration, a most eloquent effort, which was received with deserved applause. On motion of Past Grand Master Burke, the Grand Orator was requested to furnish a transcript of his oration to the Grand Secretary and that it be printed and copies mailed to all Lodges in the jurisdiction. (The Grand Secretary regrets that our distinguished Grand Orator could not furnish a transcript of his address.)
